How can I access the FAUBAI 2021 Virtual Conference?
To be able to access our conference from April 20th on, you will just have to access the link https://www.webevent.com.br/live/faubai/, click on the option “Join the Conference” and fill out the required information according to the information provided upon registration. This option will be available starting April 20th, at 9:45 am (BRT UTC-3 Brasília Time Zone).
Once you access the platform, you will be able to check our Sponsor’s lobby, the Agenda for the day and the Conference Room, where all events will be available at the scheduled time. You will be able to take part in all of the events scheduled for the Conference. It is not necessary to register for each of them individually.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my registration?
If you cancel your registration prior to April 16th, you will receive a refund, less a 50% cancellation
fee. The refund will be available up to 3 months after the conference.
Cancellations received after April 16th are non-refundable.

Can I transfer my registration to another member of my organisation?
To transfer your registration to another participant, please request a transfer by April 16th
to [email protected]. Transfers are not possible after April 16th.
Will there be a Presidents’ Day Event in the FAUBAI 2021 Virtual Conference Program?
No. FAUBAI has decided to suspend this event until the resumption of the face-to-face conference.
Will there be parallel sessions in the program?
No. FAUBAI 2021 Virtual Conference was created in a way that participants will be able to take part
in each and every available activities, so there will be no events happening simultaneously.
Will the sessionsin the program be available post-event?
Recordings of the sessions are accessible to all participants days until 30 days post-event.
Can I be a speaker at FAUBAI 2021 Virtual Conference?
There is no open call for presentations. It is possible, however, for partner institutions to present a
proposal for one of the available slots at the Get on Board sessions (Exhibitors). For more

Do I need to download any programs or software to participate?
No. The virtual platform is browser based. For the best viewing experience, we recommend using a
supported internet browser, which includes Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. It is possible to
access the event through Laptop/PC/ Tablet/Mobile Phone.
Can I share my login for the virtual portal with other people or accessthe eventsimultaneously
throughmore than one device?
No, each registered attendee will receive their own login and it is personal and non-transferable.
It is also not possible to access the conference through multiple devices at the same time. Once you
login on a new device, you will be logged out of any other device in which you were previously
Can I access an Attendee List?
Yes. An Attendee list will be available to all registered participants on the event platform. It will be
available from the first day of the conference until 30 days post-event.
How can I connect with other participants?
FAUBAI 2021 Virtual Conference offers opportunities to connect with exhibitors and speakers for the duration of the event, inside each online activity, through the chat, which you can use to send them questions.
In the get on board sessions, participants will have the possibility to interact for 1 or 2 hours with the exhibitor, through the dynamics established by them. It is a unique opportunity to connect with the exhibitors. Check the scheduled sessions on the “Exhibitors” tab.
