Registration and Badge Pick-up

Registration and badge pick-up will begin on April 26th, from 8 am to 5 pm at Finatec.

On April 27th, it will be available at CICB from 3 pm to 7 pm for the Welcome Reception.

On April 28th and 29th, from 8 am to 6 pm. On April 30th, from 9 am to 12 pm.

Make sure to have your QR Code ready, which will be sent to you via email a few days before the conference dates.

If you are an INILAT member, you must first contact the official representative of your association.

Can I transfer my registration to another member of my institution/organization?

To transfer your registration to another member of your institution/organization, you must request a transfer by March 31st, 2025, to [email protected]. Transfers are not possible after this date.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my registration?

Cancellations are accepted until March 21st, 2025, subject to a 20% service fee. No refunds will be issued after this date. To cancel your registration, please email [email protected].

CICB Hospitality is the official hotel for the FAUBAI 2025 Conference. Located within the conference venue, the hotel offers comfortable rooms with single, double, and triple options. Its direct connection to the venue enhances the overall experience for participants, ensuring convenience and timely access.

What are the transfer options from the airport to the hotel?

You can request a taxi using the list of services available on the Airport’s Official Website. You can also use ride-sharing apps such as Uber and 99.

Never accept offers from drivers claiming to be taxis or Uber. Always take identified taxis or use the Uber/99 app through their official application. If you have any doubts, please visit the airport’s information desk.

Can I connect with exhibitors and attendees?

Yes, registered attendees can visit the booths and schedule meetings with exhibitors and other attendees during the conference or by using the conference app.

What is the weather like in Brasília in April?

In Brasília, the weather in April is generally mild, with temperatures ranging between 18°C and 28°C. It is a transition period between the end of the rainy season and the beginning of the dry season.

During this month, there may be occasional light showers, but the weather tends to be more pleasant and less humid compared to previous months. The days are mostly sunny, with a possibility of brief rainfall, especially early in the month.

So, it is a good idea to be prepared for comfortable weather, but with the chance of a light drizzle.

If you plan to extend your stay after the conference, please note that May 1st is a national holiday. Therefore, some services may not be available on this date.

Do I need a visa to enter Brazil?
