How can I access the Virtual FAUBAI 2022 Conference?
After your registration, up to 4 days prior to the conference, you will receive an email with your individual access link to the virtual platform.

REGISTRATION

Can I transfer my registration to another member of my institution/organization?
To transfer your registration to another member of your institution/organization, please request a transfer by April 10th to [email protected]. Transfers are not possible after April 10th.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my registration?
Cancellations are accepted until April 10th, subject to a 20% service fee. No refunds are possible after this date. To cancel your registration, send an email to [email protected] stating your intent to cancel.

PROGRAM

Will the sessions be available post-event?
Recordings of the sessions will be accessible to all registered attendees up to 30 days post-event.

VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE

Do I need to download any program or software to participate?
No, the virtual platform is browser based. For a better viewing experience, we recommend using a supported internet browser, which includes Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. It is possible to access the event through Laptop/PC/ Tablet/Mobile Phone.

Can I share my login for the virtual platform with other people?
No, each registered attendee will receive their own login and it is personal and non-transferable.

EXHIBITION AREA

Can I access the event simultaneously through more than one device?
It is not possible to access the conference through multiple devices at the same time. Once you login on a new device, you will be logged out of any other device in which you were previously logged in.

Can I access the Exhibitors List?
Yes, the Exhibitors List will be available at the event platform.

Can I connect with exhibitors during the event?
Yes, registered attendees can visit the booths and schedule meetings with exhibitors in the Exhibition Area of the event platform.

MATCHMAKING SESSIONS

The matchmaking sessions will be held through Marcom eSchedule PRO Bronze System. All participants attending the online Matchmaking Sessions will receive in advance instructions on how to login into the Matchmaking platform.

How can I have access to the matchmaking meetings?
Once you have confirmed your interest in the matchmaking session during your Registration to the FAUBAI Conference, you will receive an email prior to the conference with login access to the platform to start scheduling meetings with other attendees.
How can I request a matchmaking meeting?
You have to access the Matchmaking Platform by using the login access provided and sent to your email.
I am interested in the matchmaking meetings but I did not confirm my interest in the registration form for the conference. How can I proceed?
You can send an email to [email protected] and request access to the matchmaking meetings.
Can I access an Attendee List?
Yes, an Attendee List will be available to all registered participants on the event platform.
Can I connect with attendees?
Yes, matchmaking sessions will allow attendees to schedule meetings.
Is there a deadline for scheduling a matchmaking meeting?
The scheduling and rescheduling function will be available before and during the first and second days of the Conference.
How long will last the matchmaking meetings?
20 minutes each.
Do I need to download any program or software to participate in a matchmaking meeting?
Yes. The meetings will be held through the Zoom platform, which must be downloaded and installed prior to your matchmaking session.
I scheduled a matchmaking meeting but will no longer be available to attend it. How can I proceed to communicate with my partner?
You can try to reschedule the meeting through the platform.
