How to register for the FAUBAI 2026 Conference?
Registration will open on November 30, 2025. Click here to proceed with your registration.
Can I transfer my registration to another member of my institution/organization?
To transfer your registration to another member of your institution/organization, you must request a transfer by March 6, 2026, to [email protected]. Transfers are not possible after this date.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my registration?
Cancellations are accepted until March 6, 2026, subject to a 20% service fee. No refunds will be issued after this date. To cancel your registration, please email [email protected].
How to use the conference app?
Dryfta is the official app for the FAUBAI 2026 Conference, available for both online and mobile devices.
Can I connect with exhibitors and attendees?
Yes, registered attendees can visit the booths and schedule meetings with exhibitors and other attendees during the conference or by using the conference app.
Do I need a visa to enter Brazil?
It depends on your nationality. Citizens of certain countries may enter Brazil for conference purposes without a visa for a limited period, while others are required to obtain a visa in advance. We recommend checking the information available here.
How to get to the car sharing (Uber) and taxi area at Florianópolis Airport?
After landing at Florianópolis–Hercílio Luz International Airport, follow the signs for Exit / Public Transportation / Car Sharing.
Once you leave the arrivals area, you will reach the main exit hall. From there, follow the signs to the Public Transportation/Car Sharing, both located outside the terminal building and within walking distance.
For ride-hailing services, request your car only through the official app and proceed to the designated pickup area indicated in the application. For taxis, use only the official, identified airport taxis.
Important:
Do not accept rides from individuals approaching you inside or outside the terminal claiming to be taxi or Uber drivers. If you need assistance or have any questions, please contact the Airport Information Desk inside the terminal.

If you plan to extend your stay after the conference, please note that April 21, 2026, is a national holiday. Therefore, some services may not be available on this date.
